Terms – Circus Fling



All prices stated in website are in SGD

These are the payment modes currently accepted:

PayPal (Allows credit card payment)
DBS/POSB iBanking 
ATM transfers

Payment via iBanking/ATM transfers has to be made within 24 hours of invoice being issued

Your order will be cancelled should we fail to receive payment within the stipulated period 



Circus Fling firmly believes in having a good mix of quality materials and workmanship, and we will require time to handcraft every piece of jewellery. A lead time of 1 week is needed to ensure your item is crafted to perfection before it is sent your way. Once your item is made, we will dispatch it the next working day.

Do note during peak seasons, a longer lead time of 2-3 weeks might be required, especially if certain pendants are not available, but we will definitely be in touch with you should these cases happen.

Singpost Normal Postage: Complimentary for All Orders

Singpost Registered Postage: Complementary for orders above S$80

Next Day Delivery (Via a local courier service Ta Q Bin): S$8

Kindly note that Circus Fling will not be liable for any lost packages by Singpost. Should you prefer a trackable delivery service, please opt for Singpost Registered postage.

Singpost Registered postage have a delivery time of 2-5 working days. All packages will include tracking details and signature upon delivery. 

In the case of a re-delivery due to a wrong shipping address / uncollected parcel , a shipping top up starting from S$2 will be required for us to process your package again. 

International Registered Postage delivery

Singpost International Registered Postage rates: Subject to location of delivery. 

In the case of a re-delivery due to a wrong shipping address / uncollected parcel , a shipping top up starting from S$8 will be required for us to process your package again. 


All jewelry are carefully packaged in a brown kraft box all in the spirit of gifting.

We will be more than willing to add in a secret note for your loved ones! Just drop us a note in the comments section  / email us after placing your order.


International Orders

We are based in Singapore but we ship worldwide! 

Only PayPal payments are accepted for international orders.



Do note that all orders are made to order, hence they are non refundable or exchangable.

For incorrect item received, we sincerely apologize for making the mistake. Please inform us at circusfling@hotmail.sg so we can proceed to make the exchange for you,

All parcels must reach us within 10 working days (20 working days for International Customers) from the day the parcel was delivered.

An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/faulty

A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

Some computers have a different resolution and hence the slight change of colour represented on different computer screens. Circus Fling has have tried our best to accurately represent the colours on the screen, thus exchanges due to variations in colour will not be considered as a defect.

For our customised handstamped items, handstamping is a manual process and cannot be compared to machines, thus the stampings will vary from item to item. Variations in stampings will not be considered as a defect.


Duties and Taxes

All prices shown on the site are in Singapore Dollars and are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied in countries outside of Singapore. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Singapore Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
